Deep Parmar

Deep has over 25 years of Finance and Operations experience in a variety of industries and capacities.  He is a strategic Finance Leader who has served  in manufacturing and service companies with international operations and possesses a unique blend of Finance and Engineering backgrounds.  Along with proven track record in the Finance function, he also brings expertise in Operations and Supply Chain functions.
Recently, he ventured successfully into Operations and set up Offshoring Operations for a $300M direct mail printing company.  He managed International Operations with offices in India, Italy, Belgium and Netherlands.  Before that, he created a FP&A department for a $300M pharmacy benefits company sponsored by a PE firm.  Previously, he was the CFO for a $150M portfolio company backed by a PE firm, where he guided the company through refinancing, liquidity and integration issues as well as creating a new FP&A function to manage the consolidated entity. Prior to that, he has served as CFO for a $1B global specialty chemicals business.  He is well versed in board-level interactions, board meetings and managing relationships with parent entities and lenders.   Deep can add value quickly to any organization with manufacturing operations at either domestic or global level.

He has helped companies gain operational and cost efficiencies through outsourcing.  Over the years, he has developed a portfolio of key BPO partners in India and has also set up toll-manufacturing operations which have helped companies move production from China to mitigate risks.
